I agree, losing is part of winning and you have to know how to lose. I use that example as a motivation technique I use on myself which may appear a bit harsh, but it works for me. I believe everyone has some words or expereinces that can be used to change their state for the positive, instantly.</description>

		<description>For sure the web is a great route for procrastination. I have built in a daily timetable for web surfing and social networking. Half an hour for each. By limiting this time I actually value it and it becomes more productive...

I am not sure about the first loser... it is good to win for sure but maybe winning is losing like a man... i.e. it&#039;s not just place orientated.

Great blog though... very thought provoking...
