Great point... If offline spent as much time promoting as online bloggers, for example, they would march forward leaps and bounds. I think big compenies grasp this, small businesses no so much.

Anyways, great list. I think another thing offline businesses can learn from online businesses is that successful webmasters tend to spend a significant amount of their time promoting their site and/or product. Although this is also the case with offline businesses the proportion spent by online business owners seems to be much higher. 

This may simply be because it&#039;s easier to promote a business online than offline, however I think offline businesses can learn a great deal from some of the highly successful internet marketers of our day.
