It is interesting that you say &quot;working hard to get the projects up and running and then being able to work smarted and work less..&quot; I think the quintessential entrepreneur is someone who loves the process of starting a business but has the need to then work &#039;on&#039; it not &#039;in&#039; it.. eveloping new projects, new extensions to the business and not necessarily managing it...

It is funny how many comments I get about the pictures... just a bit of fun to show we are not all about business!

There is a part in there were he talks of working hard to get the projects up and running and then being able to work smarted and work less. The key was finding evergreen products.
