The thing I like about being a motivated person is even when I am having a really, really bad time of it, I know that there is a strategy to getting out. We all know what it is, we have a chat with ourselves, check our goals, polish up some beliefs and work to change our state. I do this by searching for videos. It can be anything, motivational, sport, travel, anything really. I find that if I am searching for inspiration to change my state, I always find it. Today was no exception.
The video below is from Art Williams the insurance billionaire. I must admit I have never heard of him before in my life, but if he banged out anymore speeches like this I will be sure to be a fan of them.

Hi Jon.. Me too, if Art was wearing a Nike beany it would have set the markeing for Nike off perfectly!
I liked the video but I couldn’t help but think of Nike each time he said those key words… I guess their marketing has gotten to me much deeper than I thought.
